# Summary
Court let anti-abortion activists can protest anywhere they want, as 'Buffer zone' was struck down. People who are against an abortion, and human right activists welcomed this decision, saying 'Buffer zone law' was against a right of free speech. In contrast, supporters of Buffer zone & police officers are dissatisfied with decision. Because there would be no method to protect clinic users against activists. Therefore, people who are on the side of patients will petition for protecting them, too.
# Persuasive
I am highly against on this decision. Clinic users also have a right to be not harassed by others while going to clinic. First Amendment rights doesn't let people harass the others, even they don't want to. In addition, i think 'Buffer Zone' law didn't violate protests' right. It just limited them approaching to patients not closer than certain distance, did not violated their rights of free speech. Those are the reasons why i am strongly against this decision.

# Summary
On survey, it is said that Bostonians are the most dependent on cellphones among all of the U.S Citizens. Especially people whose age is from 18 to 24, almost thinks cell phone is as important as toothbrushing. Also Bostonians tend to use mobile banking more than the other citizens, because of uncertainty to Boston's economy. Many young college students in Boston also contributes on this census, too. The more technology improves, the more people will rely on cellphones.
# Persuasive
I think this phenomenon is wrong, for many reasons. People already obsessed with cell phone usually do not try to escape from obsession, keeps them in bad cycle. Also getting obsessed in cellphone makes people can't do anything but only on access to cellphone applications such as facebook, games, instagram, etc. All of these are actually useless to do, nothing lefts after finish a work. Furthermore, it will make people online is more important than offline later on. These are reasons why i think this phenomenon is wrong.

# Summary
Massachusetts government will give a rebate to electric-car owners and employers of charging station. Rebate would be returned back as a pattern of greenhouse gas auctions.
All companies have to buy a right to emit their carbon dioxide, and this money will be gathered as a fund, redistributed to electric-car owners. Not only Massachusetts, but total 8 states in the eastern joined this program, including New York. This is how it will accelerate an use of electric-car.
# Persuasive
I can't even wait to use a 100% electric-car. I have a diesel car which is cheaper to own than gasoline ones, but still it is inefficient; its work efficency is just 30% or less. If i change my car from diesel to electric, it would be much cheaper to recharge, and managing it, even can get a rebate! If government promise more privileges on electric car owners & industry, a time to reach my dream will be much shorter. I hope i can have 100% electric-car as soon as possible.
